Are you a proactive strong driver of strategic marketing initiatives, who prefer to work in an international environment, with a leading player in the heating segment? In this role you will have two main responsibilities. One is the understanding of market trends and consolidation of input for strategic decisions. The other is further development and implementation of competitive pricing strategies. You will report to the Global Marketing Director of Danfoss Heating and be part of his management team. You will have three employees in direct report and a key position in driving our marketing strategy. Job-location could be Copenhagen, Vejle or Viby J. Strategic marketing You will be responsible for driving the strategy and market planning across regions. Key responsibilities are: •Drive the market plan development. Thus securing definition, alignment and execution of strategic priorities. •Support the Sales and Marketing organization leadership on cycle planning coordination. •Drive key strategic projects by definition and deployment across the segment. •Lead the market intelligence function in order to strengthen market insights. •Drive Customer insight reporting and deployment. Pricing strategy In close cooperation with the sales management you will drive our pricing strategy. Key responsibilities are: •Lead the pricing process and performance improvements together with key internal stakeholders. •Define clear, smart and easy-to-use pricing governance. •Develop and deploy tools for strategic price positioning including competitor benchmarking •Ensure consistently aligned and differentiated price management. Strategic mind-set, with excellent communication skills You have a business degree within Strategic Marketing maybe topped with an MBA. You have solid experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives and know the craft of pricing from positions with larger international companies. Furthermore it is important that you: •Have strong business acumen and a proven track record. •Can motivate, inspire, and influence others in an easy understandable way. •Have good interpersonal and communication skills. •Have excellent English skills. •Are prepared to travel international in order to meet with stakeholders.
