Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and own wind farms in five countries, onshore and offshore. Business Division Renewables has about 365 employees. Business unit Generation Wind belongs to Renewables and is responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of all wind farms, with a combined production of 4 TWh a year. The Business Unit's tasks comprise all aspects in the field of Health & Safety, staffing and the availability of the wind farms. The BU Generation Wind comprises of Offshore and Onshore Operations. The BU also contains a Technology and Operational Service units and an O&M Readiness unit. We are now looking for a Scada Project Manager for Scada & Operational Support. Main responsibilities We are looking for a candidate to the Scada department. Our tasks include working with specification, design, and implementation of wind farm automation systems and integration into the overall Vattenfall Wind Power Data Center, as well as project management of all automation deliverables in new projects. In cooperation with your colleagues, you will lead the project tendering and tender evaluation within the fields of Scada systems with focus on substation and WTG control systems Other task will be • handle project-related contractual and technical communication with subcontractors • be responsible for definition and fulfilment of technical specification • manage all project-related activities required for the substation and WTG control system delivery • manage FAT, SAT commissioning and subsequent handover to O&M, including general follow-up Qualifications You have a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and experience with automation and substation control systems from a similar industry, preferably within the energy sector. You will be highly skilled and have experience with the design, specification, configuration and test of substation, WTG control systems and utility systems It will be beneficial if you have thorough knowledge about communication protocols for power system automation, such as IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850, OPC based on TCP/IP Network As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently Moreover, you have strong communication skills and are able to communicate well with representatives from various professional groups, external business partners and colleagues You • have a strong personal drive. • hold a degree in engineering or similar and have at least some experience with project management. Preferably, you have a PMP certification or similar. Further, your skills and knowledge lie within a combination of wind turbine technology, offshore construction projects, and contract management.
