Do you have experience in communicating through eLearning and can you digest 250 pages into 1 hour of eLearning? Then here is your opportunity to play a central role in conveying what our products are all about for teachers across the globe. Create e-learning solution material for teachers In collaboration with our eLearning Producer, you will be delivering our eLearning offering from product brief to final solution. You will be responsible for capturing the right content and writing the modules to support product know-how and provide an easier "take to the classroom" experience for the teachers. In doing so, you will: Spend the majority of your time defining modules and content as well as structuring content into story boards and writing the scripts Be an integrated part of various product core teams ensuring the optimal eLearning solution Work with stakeholders to identify and integrate eLearning solutions across various markets and cultures, thus adhering to being globally present and locally relevant Travel approximately 15-20 days per year to e.g. acquaint yourself with teacher’s reactions in core markets in order to produce locally relevant material You will be part of the Billund-based LEGO Education Academy which delivers training on a global scale, both face-to-face and through eLearning. Our aim is to focus on supporting the teacher in getting the best possible experience when using LEGO Education resources in the classroom. Experienced eLearning professional with the ability to distil the essence of large amounts of info You will use all of your eLearning experience, knowledge and tools in order to communicate in the most suitable way throughout all our markets. So knowing how to communicate the key content of a given material and understanding where and when eLearning is the best solution, and when to do something else, will be essential. To do so, you: Must have 3-5 years of experience with communicating through and producing eLearning as Instructional Designer or copywriter from a similar position Hold a strong track record of writing manuscripts, manuals and/or eLearning content that you can show upon request Probably have classroom teaching experience with or without a teaching education, and you speak and write excellent English Are a great communicator who knows how to capture a target group in the most suitable way through eLearning tools Should be willing to relocate to Billund or vicinity if you are an international candidate Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
