We have an opening for a Sales Process Specialist. This position resides within Sales EMEA to provide technical, administrative and quality support to the sales organization for specific tools and processes used in the areas of Best Customer Connect (BCC), such as CRM and customer focused solutions. This role will provide both internal and external customer support and must be able to communicate with people with varying levels of computer systems and business processes skills, both on the phone and in person. Key Responsibilities: •CRM System Administrator (Salesforce) to provide first line support, new user training and troubleshooting to all of our CRM users throughout the EMEA organization •Participate as project team member during the development and implementation of new functions, processes and improvements for this area •Provide support to the regional quality manager and process owners, working with process improvements and problem solving in scope of the BCC Quality Management System. Qualifications: •An education to Bachelor degree level is desirable, although relevant experience will also be considered. •2-5 years in a sales and marketing, IT or other applicable business environment with high quality focus and process improvement mindset, preferably with high customer contact •Experience of administration of a CRM system, and whilst it would be an advantage if this experience includes salesforce.com, it is not essential as full training will be made available. Individuals without administration experience may also be considered if they are long time CRM users who show the right aptitude for the role •Hands on experience within a global process/IT tool implementation project and general experience interacting in a global, diverse business would be useful •Excellent group facilitation, communication, training and presentation skills •A high level of initiative and change management skills •Professional English skills (written + verbal) What we offer: •An interesting and challenging job in a high performance team with potential for further growth •A global environment where you continuously will be able to develop your skills and competencies
