Then you could be our new Head of Danfoss’ Finance Center of Exellence. Here we work to ensure that best practice in accounting processes is continuously improved. We also make sure that everyone involved in the process deliver quality throughout the entire process working closely together and ensuring a good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements, secure compliance and lead a highly skilled team of specialists You drive performance management activities, perform audits and ensure that standard operational procedures are maintained. You constantly challenge status quo and traditional thinking ensuring that accounting services are delivered in a high quality and in a cost effective way. Your areas of responsibility will be to: •Identify areas for improvements and actively involve stakeholders in improvement activities •Plan and complete projects, e.g. organise and prioritise information and resources •Drive business processes and compliance provider vendor management, e.g. issue management and escalation, governance and long-term development of vendor relationships Your most prominent job is to ensure stakeholder alignment and as such you will have a unique opportunity to build a wide international network. As the team consists of highly skilled specialists, you are also expected to master all areas of accounting in order to enable a high performance level in the team creating an inspiring environment to make your team utilise their skills to the fullest and execute efficiently. Inspiring leader with substantial project management experience You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting/finance with solid work experience mastering all areas of accounting and taking the lead in initiating knowledge sharing and finding new ways to use tools, methods and best practice in the job. You have a solid experience within project management and excellent negotiation skills. Moreover you have a proven track record of giving clear directions motivating your colleagues to perform at their best in order to deliver on common objectives. You communicate appropriately at all levels in the organisation and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
