Would acting as the “missing link” between R&D and Sales appeal to you? Then you could be the new Application Expert for our Portfolio & ERC Business in Danfoss Residential Heating (RH). We are a team of competent and dedicated professionals, providing technical support to a strong and growing business unit in a market where energy efficiency and urbanisation are key drivers. You will work out of our office in Silkeborg or Vejle and can expect 40-50 travelling days per year. Act as technical expert and assist product managers on technical issues Your mission will be to work closely together with our product manager and other stakeholders across Europe supporting them on technical issues. Furthermore you plan, prepare, organise and follow-up on on-site field tests and collect technical data analysing it and transforming it into applicable knowledge. You will be the key player we rely on to develop training material and conduct product training for relevant customers and stakeholders. With your technical acumen and solid knowledge within electronic heating controls and wireless communication e.g. wifi but also other protocols, you will act as product expert towards internal sales as well as support and direct contact to external companies. Other areas of responsibility will include: •Conduct reference cases on new and existing products •Secure that application insights are brought into new products Engineer who can help turn customer insights into products You have an engineering degree within electronics at minimum bachelor level or you are an AP graduate in service engineering/electrical contractor – most important is your working experience from areas related to electronic controls. Furthermore, you have hands on experience with and deep knowledge within radio frequency communication. Professionally, you act with confidence in the organisation and you are not afraid of making day-to-day decisions on your own. On a more personal note, you are extrovert and have a strong will. You are excellent at transforming customer insights into products, and you are able to control several tasks simultaneously while delivering on time.
