Nets Risk Management department stands in the front line of the fast evolving payment industry. We are implementing a new strategy and along with that implementing cutting edge risk management methods into the company. We are seeking a dedicated Risk Advisory Manager to help our team implement the risk management strategy and meet our ambitious vision for Nets. As a Risk Advisor, you will interact closely with the business as well as the group units where you will advise on identifying, assessing and mitigating their business risks. As Risk Advisor you will work closely with Senior Management. To succeed in this role you must be self-driven and thrive engaging and challenging at executive level. You will be part of an organisation where Risk Management is recognized to play a very important and central role in the future growth of the company. Key reponsibilities and tasks - Drive business and group risk assessments and advise on treatment plans - Ensure proper understanding of Risk Management among key stakeholders - Provide risk reporting to Executive Committee and Board - Be the Risk Management representative for one or more Business or Group Units - Advise and support units by participating in various cross organisational committees and project boards - Based in Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Risk Advisory in the Group Risk Management Unit Preferred background and qualifications - Relevant Master degree within finance finishing among the best students within your year - Preferably experience in risk management from a financial institution or leading consultancy company - Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually - If you have experience within the payment/digital industry it is an advantage - Fluent in both verbal and written English, proficiency in a Scandinavian language an advantage Preferred personal qualities - Pragmatic and flexible in mind - Excellent at stakeholder management and a good networker - Good analytical skills - Team player who takes ownership We can offer you - Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes - Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development - The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development - A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality - A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena
