Are you familiar with Problem Solving using the LEAN toolbox? In the ABL Integration & Verification team, we are responsible for Product Maintenance (PM) with focus on securing system performance and quality of the chemistry part of the ABL analyzers. We are a team consisting of mainly chemists and lab techs, and we work in close cooperation with the hardware and software teams to solve the PM and quality issues that arise. The job To become successful, you must secure close collaboration with stakeholders in Marketing, RA/QA, and Operations/Production. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Participate in troubleshooting and problem solving (PSP) activities to identify Root Causes and Counter Measures •Implement Counter Measures by preparing test protocol, data analysis, and reporting •Coordinate and plan performance verification activities •Handle data from tests using Excel, SAS or various statistical methods •Secure that activities are executed according to regulations (Design Control and Compliance are essential) Travel activities up to 2 weeks per year are to be expected.
