- for Brewery Order Handling & Tank Top Systems Alfa Laval Copenhagen, E&S Brewery Order Handling & Tank Top Systems is looking for a customer focused Team Coordinator. You will be a part of our team working with order execution within our Brewery market segment, with activities worldwide. The job As Team Coordinator, you will be coordinating the activities of a team consisting of 6 dedicated employees, while working hands-on with your own orders of varying size and complexity. You and the other members of the team are reporting to the engineering manager. Key tasks include distributing and prioritizing orders, acting as the point of contact for sales and coordinating technical design-to-order activities. Your tasks •Distribute and prioritize tasks in the team on a daily basis, •Follow up on time schedules and finance, •Forecasting and planning (projects and resources, short and long term, KPI’s), •Liaise and communicate with other E&S teams and other relevant departments, •Coordinate sales support, •Handle orders of varying size and complexity as order handler. Your background You have a relevant technical or commercial background. Experience with order handling in an international setting is a prerequisite. Experience from working with the Brewery segment is not a requirement. Due to the international setting, English skills at an advanced level are required. Your personality You are a team player, with a structured and organized approach and good communication skills.
