- Production - Denmark - Hillerød Are you ready to play a central part of the communication with the supply chain for the production of medical devices regarding complaint handling? This could be your chance to play a central role of the root cause investigations, coaching and challenging our suppliers on a daily basis. About the department External Quality Support is located in Hillerød in nice surroundings and new facilities approx. 30 km. north of Copenhagen. We are looking for a structured and dedicated person for our team of 7 Quality Support Engineers. We handle Customer Complaints and Non-conformities (NC) for all Novo Nordisk prefilled devices from our customers. We review and challenge root cause investigation documentation and drive a continuous development of this competence at the suppliers. The job In close dialogue with QA, Process Experts, Device Manufacturing Development and R&D you will handle complaints from they are received in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing to the complaints are concluded by QA. Your role will be to facilitate systematic problem solving conducted by supplier or DMS and to handle the NC’s. You will have close cooperation with key stakeholders with the aim to improving lead time and Right First Time at our suppliers. The purpose is to safeguard patient safety and improve product quality by ensuring a good root cause investigation and corrective actions. Your job area will be within the fields of advanced injection moulding, assembly and springs for medical devices. Our suppliers are located in Scandinavia, Europe, USA and Brazil. We expect you to have a yearly travel frequency of about 10-40 days. Qualifications You are an Engineer, Pharmacist or have another degree within the natural sciences. In addition, you have skills within project and quality work, including GMP. This background has given you a broad and comprehensive insight into and understanding of compliance in a broader sense. You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience within an industrial enterprise. If you have worked with systematic problem solving, metal spring processes, injection moulding, or assembly, it will definitely be a plus. Either way, you are used to working with ISO13485, cGMP and Lean, and you master English on an intermediate communication level. You are goal-oriented, known for being organised and for taking responsibility for your tasks. You thrive on solving complex tasks by constructive communication based on your knowledge and understanding of quality. And you never compromise on patient safety. On a personal level you are ambitious and have a great interest in developing yourself. You use your dedicated and determined approach to complete your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues.
