Job ID: 231872 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time We are looking for a Process Manager for our PMO organisation, where we create value for our Offshore Projects by driving internal improvement and optimization projects, process management and dedicated programs throughout the Offshore Project organization. The Process Manager is the coordinating force in offshore for our project execution process acting across the different locations in Offshore supporting our customer projects and line organisation with process maintenance and improvements, having the full responsibility for creating the overview and needed improvements of our project execution process. In addition to the above, the Process Manager will act as interface to all stakeholders to the projects execution process in the entire offshore organisation and driving the offshore process community which is anchored in Offshore Project Management, together with being the offshore representative in the Divisional process community and other stakeholder forums. Finally, the Process Manager will be a part of our facilitation tasks across the project management community in Offshore and in own department assisting in project optimisation tasks across the department and projects. What are my responsibilities? Manage the Project Execution process landscape in Market Unit Offshore Facilitate/drive offshore process community consisting of Functional Process Managers Manage Offshore Process portfolio and document overview and prioritize the effort Ensure standardization of processes across Market Unit Offshore Support Functional Process Managers in Offshore in maintenance and development of processes/documents Drive major process developments across Offshore and contribute to divisional process developments Perform Process Assessments across the Project Execution process in Offshore Act as Market Unit Offshore representative and interface in divisional Process Communities Liaise with other Siemens Wind Power business units to ensure and improve Best Practice General support including training and instruction of personnel in systems and processes What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a relevant degree, which has provided you with a solid understanding of business, organization, management and communication You have a fundamental process understanding and a proven track record of creating and maintaining process documentation Experience with internal project management and preferably experience from working with PM (at) Siemens or related project management concepts As a person you hold extremely good communication skills, you are result oriented and having the drive to get the job done You are able to coordinate and mobilize resources from across different parts of the organization and projects. Furthermore you hold an analytical sense and approach to complex problems A good multicultural understanding with the ability to drive demanding processes in an international environment You are a confident IT user (experience with ARIS process documentation is a plus), and you are a solid user of PowerPoint and Excel You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
