ECCO is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly creative Art Director for a newly established position in ECCO Agency in Global Brand Management. Being the creative lead for a significant number of marketing concepts you will be working with a highly skilled group of people in ECCO as well as working closely together with creative agencies on selected campaigns. You are passionate about developing new ideas and concepts to support the business from both a commercial and a brand perspective. ECCO Agency is an in-house creative agency servicing the ECCO Group worldwide. Our ambition is to deliver insight-driven consumer marketing and retail activation campaigns on all communication platforms to current and new ECCO consumers worldwide. In your role as Art Director you will join the Global Brand Management Department in Bredebro Tønder and be part of our Total Communication Team, being responsible for delivering strong and relevant content and activation packages. Job Profile: You are creatively responsible for deliverables in your project portfolio and you will be an important sparring partner in the process of concept development of new product launches. This entails brainstorming sessions and working conceptually with solutions while delegating the detailed execution of the projects to the team. At the same time, you are the central contact for our stakeholders in the ECCO organization. In the creative team you will be having leadership responsibility of our copy writer with whom we imagine you will create a strong bond with in the process of developing new and exiting concepts. The job will be to: •Think out of the box and develop highly creative ideas. •Work on the development of creative Push and Pull concepts as well as creative 360° concepts. •Interact with copywriter to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s). •Work closely with project manager to schedule and monitor all projects. •Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs •Supervise multiple projects from concept through completion. •Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy. •Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs. •Supervise and inspire the creative team of partner agencies; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project. •Work with the GBM team to develop concepts and present to management •Provide quality control over concepts and projects. Qualifications and Work Experience: •You have a relevant education within creative agency work, Graphic Design or similar. •You have 5+ years of experience from an advertising agency in an Art Director position. •You have solid presentation skills. •You are fluent in English both written and spoken. As a person you are team-oriented and you understand that giving and receiving support and feedback is crucial in the creative process.
