Do you want to apply your CI knowledge to help implement effective processes across the organisation? And would you like to take on a central role where you drive improvements and create results through others? Drive progress Your mission is to ensure the development of in-house professional Continuous Improvement competencies. To do this, you work with local consultant teams and leaders within a specific Corporate Management area to influence, coach and challenge leaders and employees in that area. As you achieve results, you will be reassigned to a new area for a period of time. As such, flexibility will be an important part of the position, and though you will be based in Billund, some international travel should be expected, as you will be part of a global network of LCI consultants. Your specific tasks include: Driving LCI implementation in the LEGO Group. Collaborating with other LEGO Entities to ensure alignment as well as implementing and continuously applying global standards. Coaching and giving feedback to leaders and employees and arranging and conducting LCI training and on-the-job support. Mutual value creation In this role, you will be a valued sparring partner, coach and motivator across the organisation. You work with numerous internal stakeholders and make sure that they have everything they need in terms of knowledge and LCI insights to perform at their best. As such, you do not solve problems for the leaders and employees you coach and teach, but instead help them gain the mind-set and skills they need to solve them on their own. Continuous Improvement Professional with excellent communication and networking skills You have at least 3 years of CI/Lean implementation experience including hands on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to CI/Lean processes. It would be a plus if you have worked as an external consultant with insight from different environments - organisations or departments. You need to be able to work both with LCI implementation through coaching and training as well as contribute to more value chain based projects like Supplier Integration. As such, experience with Supplier Integration is an advantage. You enjoy team work and are a strong networker, motivator and teacher/presenter. Furthermore, you are able to lead and coordinate new activities across a wide area and sometimes with a physical distance. Furthermore, you have the ability to - within a short period of time - gain a strong overview of the area challenges, development opportunities and cultural trades. You must speak and write English at a high level since you will be collaborating with international colleagues on a regular basis. You are flexible in terms of working hours and mobility.
