Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kopenhagen suchen wir einen neuen Kollegen/neue Kollegin in der Personalvermittlung zur Hilfe bei der Rekrutierung von deutschen Handwerkern nach Dänemark. Es wird Deine Aufgabe sein neue Bewerber im Handwerksbereich zu suchen, finden und zu werben. Jobbeschreibung Erfahrungen in der Stellenvermittlung sind nicht zwingend erforderlich und Dänischkenntnisse auch nicht. Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen wie Verkauf oder Telemarketing sind sehr gern gesehen. Alle unsere Mitarbeiter werden übers Telefon geworben und informiert, daher ist der Kontakt so gut wie ausschließlich telefonisch und wir halten keine persönlichen Gespräche mit den Bewerbern. Das Tempo ist hoch, vor allem in den Sommermonaten und im Frühling, wo viele Mitarbeiter direkt bei uns eingestellt werden und dies oft mit nur ein paar Tagen Frist. Bei uns im Backoffice in Kopenhagen sind unsere internen Personaldisponenten dann dafür zuständig, die von dir geworbenen Handwerker so schnell wie möglich einzusetzen. Dein Profil - Idealerweise Berufserfahrung mit Telemarketing oder Personalvermittlung - Büroerfahrung und Office Kenntnisse - Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten - Du kannst eine Botschaft gut über das Telefon rüberbringen - Sympathisches und unkompliziertes Wesen Wir sind ein eingespieltes humorvolles Team im Büro in Tåstrup bei Kopenhagen mit 6 Mitarbeitern in der Rekrutierung und fünf Kundenberatern und freuen uns auf Verstärkung. Da der Arbeitsplatz in Kopenhagen ist, sind wir gern behilflich dabei eine Wohnung zu finden. Gewünschter Arbeitsbeginn: 1.3.2016. Wer sind wir?
