Can you keep a sense of perspective and maintain high standards for Head of Strategic Development & Innovation?

You will report to the Strategic Development & Innovation and support him in everyday matters. Your role is vitally important to ensuring that the daily operations of Strategic Development & Innovation team run effectively and smoothly. Further, you will be a key enabler of the full organizational impact and key contributor to the endeavours of the Strategic Development & Innovation.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Strategic Development & Innovation in daily activities (incl. organisation of meetings, travel and accommodation, interfacing with business segments and other Grundfos departments)
- Contribute to the overall success of newly set up Strategic Development & Innovation area (incl. Intelligence, Value Engineering & Complexity Reduction)
- Plan and coordinate meetings
- Participate in key projects with administrative support
- Plan and prepare yearly PDD
- Support and nurture new team spirit
The position will be based at Grundfos headquarters in Bjerringbro.

You are super user of MS Office and used to working in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Furthermore, you know how to cooperate with different stakeholders in an organization.
It is pivotal that you possess excellent communication skills and that you communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
What do you need to apply?
Most probably you hold a relevant vocational or associate's degree (BA) in communication, business, etc. or equivalent work experience from a similar position. You have experience in planning, communication and coordination in a large international organization. and you communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
You must be structured and well organized and at the same time open-minded.
