We’re looking for a great talent who will create the team and lead the expansion for B2B in our medium-sized men’s fashion company. You’ll develop go-to-market strategies and build your own team while directly managing accounts.   

We currently serve hundreds of thousands of customers in +24 countries directly online. However, we’re ready to take on the B2B market. The logistical setup and finances are in place, and our portfolio of 12 house brands / 1200 products – plus an entire e-commerce team of designers, photographers, marketing, copywriters, etc.– means we are ready for you.

Many fashion companies are based solely on B2B sales and might be struggling to scale the global, online part of their business. We’ve chosen the opposite path. You’ll enter a fast growing men’s fashion company, with a well established flow through product development and marketing. Your job is to take a step back and ask yourself, “how big is the potential on the other side of the table, with traditional B2B distribution”, and then go to work.

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With a total of 5000 products and 12 house brands, we help customers in 24 countries and 18 languages. We're a fast growing e-commerce company. In the last 3 years, growth has been +100% per year, and we've grown from just 3 employees to 35. In 2017, we were nominated as the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

Responsibilities

You’ll join Trendhim’s story as a scale-focussed entrepreneurial type who will take the lead and explore the B2B adventure, realize the potential, and make it happen. Through reading our story, you’ll find that we’ve gone this far by questioning status quo conventions – and with hard work. You will need to do the same to expand our B2B market.

You will start our B2B department from scratch, create proof of concept, develop the go-to-market strategy and build the B2B team as an integral part of Trendhim.

 

Tasks

• The lead responsibility of our new B2B adventure
• Distribution strategy all over Europe
• Hands on opening of new B2B sales leads
• Mapping the overall plan for opening hundreds of accounts quickly, and push the company towards this
• Set your own team and manage resources to accomplish your goals
• Build the B2B department from the ground up and develop it into something that has an impact on the company

 

Traits

• Relevant experience (fashion, retail, e-commerce)
• Very structured
• Solid understanding of business finance
• An internationalist, great with language
• Hustler / out of the box mentality
• Excitement for a hands-on approach to opening accounts, proving concepts and getting stuff done – all while considering what happens after proof of concept (the hiring process and continued 10x-ing)
• A super pleasant personality, very grounded, very calm and good at connecting.
