About the department R&D Finance is part of Corporate Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the R&D organisation and projects. In R&D Finance you will be part of a dynamic finance team consisting of 14 dedicated employees. Our overall aim is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our customers and stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. The job Your primary focus will be project controlling of large investment projects within R&D. Your responsibility covers costs, timing, scope, and risk. By providing a good financial overview of the projects and working in close collaboration with the project management team your effort and advice will contribute to the projects being on track. As such, you can look forward to have a wide span of high-level decision-making. Your responsibility includes preventing unexpected surprises and finds solutions if problems appear despite your preventive actions. As the team is newly established, you will also play a significant role in securing controlling processes and deliveries across the R&D investment portfolio. You will be based in Bagsværd and can look forward to supporting project on different R&D sites in Denmark. Qualifications You have a degree within Business or Finance backed by at least 2-3 years of experience as Project Controller. Your experience covers controlling responsibility for as minimum one major project making you an expert within one or more areas of project controlling like e.g. construction contracts, time & material contracts, time registration, controlling of cost, scope, schedule and/or risk. Your Excel skills are at top level and you know your way around ERP-systems (we use SAP). Furthermore, it is important that you have good collaboration and communication skills, including being fluent in written and spoken English as well as being able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
