You will be part of an interesting journey building our Carlsberg Canada business, where Somersby is a market leader, and Somersby’s Canadian business is in the top 5 of Somersby markets within Carlsberg Group globally. The Marketing Manager – Somersby is responsible for driving the continuous growth of Somersby in our market, in close cooperation with the marketing functions in our headquarters in Denmark and our cross-functional team at Carlsberg Canada. We can offer the right candidate an exciting role in an fast-growing Canadian business, with a good potential to grow both professionally and personally, The position You will be our Cider, Ready-to-Drink (RTD) and Somersby expert and your primary task will be to developthe portfolio strategies and build integrated brand growth programs, define and implement best practices and continuously seek to optimize and increase performance of your brands. Your key responsibilities are: •Develop long-term strategic plan for the Somersby •Plan and execute the Somersby marketing plan to deliver all key Commercial and Brand KPI’s •Leading the innovation pipeline, both sourcing global and unlocking domestic opportunities •Building award-winning integrated marketing campaigns leading teams of agency partners •All of the above to drive the Brand P&Ls for Somersby in Canada The profile We expect you to combine a master degree in marketing with strong commercial and brand management experience, where you have shown an ability to combine high level strategic thinking with operational understanding. You are used to working project based, and have managed your own projects. You present yourself as highly experienced in the broad marketing portfolio, with a specific interest for new market launches. You are of course fluent in English and French would be an asset, and you are able to travel up to 40 days a year. You thrive with working cross functionally and being able to manage multiple projects across varying years of timelines for delivery – balancing long term strategic planning with short term executional excellence. You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, and with an ability to influence and excite internal and external stakeholders and secure buy in to concepts and program.
