About the department We are seeking an engaged and dedicated Intern to join the Global Obesity Launch Office, responsible for driving strong pre-launch and launch business planning. We anchor shared global goals and drive roll-out and launch planning across Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs and affiliates for the launch of Saxenda® in Obesity. We also deliver Marketing Strategies and content for the Novo Nordisk Strategic Planning Process and ensure financial management of the global pre-launch investments. Finally, the team ensures launch status reviews, on-going launch readiness and takes on various ad hoc and decision supporting tasks for the project leadership, the global Core Commercialisation Team and NN senior management. The job You will support the Obesity Launch Office in ensuring launch readiness in our key launching countries by helping us on-board new affiliates on the Obesity strategy and help support affiliate launch plan preparation. You will be responsible to planning training meetings with key affiliates on strategy and launch process and you will support development of tools and support functions ensuring strong collaboration between the Global team, the regional offices and the launching affiliates. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who enjoys cross functional project management, likes driving high quality processes, would like to learn more about product strategy development, launch tactics. You mustwork independently with a pro-active and international mindset. You are currently studying for a master degree in the first or second year and we are looking for a Danish student or an international student willing to work in Denmark. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Finally, you must have strong work and business ethic mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
