WE OFFER You will have a very flexible working schedule, where you will complement our team of 20 full-time instructors. You will support ongoing and profitable business growth by delivering high quality training courses in our modern training facilities in Esbjerg. We will help you become capable of teaching our courses in compliance with standards from the Oil & Gas, Wind and Maritime industries like OPITO, GWO, Energistyrelsen, Søfartsstyrelsen etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Deliver classroom training and practical training in harbour and pool. •Prepare classrooms, equipment, materials and practice areas. •Assist in practical training delivered by other instructors. •Help and guide participants’. •Own and participants safety. •Ensure the highest levels of operational flexibility, service and efficiency. •Complete course paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. •Simple maintenance of equipment used at your courses. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for persons with documented maritime competences. The right candidate has rank as an officer. Experience with teaching is an advantage. We anticipate that you generally have the following qualifications: •Relevant background from the maritime industry. •Good physical health. •Outgoing people person, who can handle a large group of course participants. •Interest in teaching and excellent communication skills. •Can communicate in English both verbally and in writing. •Willing to work 3-12 days per month in average.
