In overview your primary tasks will be to: Assist in identifying the corporate values and implement those into a business conduct Create training programs within business conduct and right behaviour Ensure deployment of the business conduct throughout the global organisation Assist in investigating reports of potential misconduct Create periodic reports on the state of business conduct Contribute to ongoing development of the infrastructure and capabilities at hand in the LEGO Group in respect to business conduct Contribute to ensure understanding and implementation of the LEGO Group compliance and stewardship standards Facilitate training and projects and in connection with this you must expect 20-40 travel days per year Join a family owned company We offer you the opportunity to succeed in a European, family-owned company that's passionate about the impact of play. In addition you match the qualifications below: A degree with an emphasis on courses covering corporate ethics and responsibility +3 years of work experience within project management, management systems, training and ethical programs - preferably in a large organisation Theoretical and practical knowledge in regards to anticorruption legislation such as the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act Experience in developing and facilitating training and related communication materials (including e-learning programs) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relations across geographical, professional and cultural borders Overview and the energy needed to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel English proficiency - additional language skills are beneficial Take your potential to the next level Join us and make the most of your potential in our supportive team culture where you can share ideas, try new things and make a real impact on the way we perform.
