Responsibilities and tasks: As Manager for finance and controlling you will have the global responsibility for finance and controlling in the Product and Technology division. You will be dedicated and motivated by supporting and working in close cooperation with the division management but also to deliver sparring and service to decision makers at all level. Your ambitions and personal drive will together with the finance / controller team in the division ensure punctual and best in class monthly reporting, budget / forecast, project-follow-up, analysis etc. You will take the initiative to lead / take part in cross-functional and cross–organisational tasks to optimize processes and systems both on division and group level. Your tasks will be both operational and strategic. Professional qualifications: You are structured, a team player, dedicated to understand and support our global business, have good communication skills, takes initiatives and have the power to implement your ideas as well as focus areas on division and group level. You continuously have the ambition and drive to improve your own as well as the team performance. You have a higher education within finance / controlling and have minimum 5 years of working experience – you could still be an “up-coming” talent and still have a lot of “unreleased” potential ready for the next challenge in your career.
