The Annual Report is our flagship project, which must be nothing less than perfect. And yet, we innovate and improve it year on year. The job You will be part of the Annual Report team in Corporate Sustainability. In this role you will learn what it takes to prepare and produce an integrated annual report. You can develop and use project management skills and business understanding, manage internal stakeholders, collaborate with vendors, coordinate the design and production process, do quality checks, daily planning and meticulous follow up. You will also be part of the communication planning for the launch. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who wants to understand how to manage a business successfully for the long term by combining considerations for financial, social and environmental performance. You are likely studying international business, communication, politics or other social sciences, and you have a flair for language as well as numbers. A general interest and knowledge of sustainability is preferred. We expect you to master basic academic skills (methodology, data analysis, systematic search and documentation). We expect candidates to be flexible, prepared for hard work and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage complexity; sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an easygoing person with personality and dedication. You take initiative and understand when to ask for help. A healthy sense of humour will be helpful when the going gets tough. Finally, you must understand the Novo Nordisk Way and be willing to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months.
