Business strategy and Leadership You will be part of a dynamic team with direct reference to the top management. You will initiate and implement strategic decisions within sales and marketing and lead the implementation of the Groups commercial strategies in our international sales companies. You main tasks will be: Integration of acquired companies in the corporate structure and processes of William Demant and implementation of Commercial excellence programs Developing the commercial strategies for each country together with country managers and planning the strategic sales and marketing activities and present it to the management Leading our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes – due diligence, valuation, negotiating, and structuring General management support to global retail and wholesale companies We look for your analytical skills and structured approach as well as your energy and outgoing personality, which will help you execute in an international setting with experienced colleagues. 30 – 50 travel days must be expected. More specific you: have a M.Sc. within strategy, finance or accounting, preferably as cand.merc, cand.oecon or similar have a proven track record of accomplishments from your studies are ambitious and ready for the next step in your career and see yourself in a leadership role in the future have 2-4 years of experience in business strategy or mergers & acquisitions To succeed in this position you are proactive and dynamic and find it easy to establish and maintain personal relations across a large and global organization with multiple interfaces on different levels of the organization.
