The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically. Therefore, Novo Nordisk has initiated an exciting project to expand the insulin filling capacity in Hillerød. To succeed with this ambitious project, we need people that have high engagement and who thrive in a constant changing environment.

 

About the department

A filling facility is dependent on continual delivery of the highest quality utilities and ventilation and the Utility department is responsible for the equipment and processes that deliver these. The department consist of approximately 20 people divided into two teams: A Utility team (responsible for all Utility processes) and a Metrology team (responsible for maintenance and all calibrations on site).

 

In the department we believe that good results are generated by a strong teamwork where we share our ideas and find the best possible solutions together. Your new colleagues will consist of both academics and skilled workers.

 

The job

You will be a Utility professional, responsible for HVAC. Together with the rest of the team you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the entire HVAC system, you will secure that the process equipment within your area of responsibility is fully functional and is ready for inspections and audits at all times. You will ensure that it operates in full compliance with regulatory standards. You will handle the documentation, including preparation of specification requirements for the users, reports on deviations and handling of requests for change of equipment or production processes. You will also conduct the yearly evaluations of the equipment.

The hire will be for a period of two years.

 

Qualifications

Optimally you hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally you have experience with HVAC or similar process equipment. The right candidate will receive adequate and thorough training in relevant areas.

 

It is crucial that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. We expect you to be able to work both independently and in teams, where your persuasiveness and dedication ensure buy-in from key stakeholders. You enjoy interacting with different people during your workday, and you are good at establishing close relations to different stakeholders. You manage to keep cool when juggling many tasks and you always deliver in time.

 

You are a social and positive type of person and you work in a proactive and solution oriented manner. Knowledge sharing comes natural to you and you work systematically and with dedication to create extraordinary results together with your colleagues. You have a strong sense of quality and know the importance of complying with the standards and regulations of an aseptic production environment.
