About the position
As Risk and Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for the risk management process to ensure that our products are safe and reliable.
You develop the risk management plan for the project and manage and perform the tasks and activi-ties like risk mitigation processes on human factor, system risk, critical items and production.
You will gain a technical insight and comprehension of the product, the user and the use of the prod-uct to support your contribution to, among others, HFE (Human Factor Engineering), IFU (Instruction for Use), requirements breakdown, statistical prediction, design and system test and verification.
The position requires both internal and external cross-functional cooperation and communication. You will experience both work at high level like planning and thorough studies of standards.

Master or Bachelor degree in Mechatronic / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or similar qualifica-tions.

You are analytical and theoretical well-grounded. You have a systematic approach to your work and you deliver well-structured results. You thrive by solving complex problems using your professional skills and you understand the importance of maintaining a high level of quality and documentation.
You are proactive, result oriented and a self-motivated team player who takes responsibility for own work and deliveries. You have a holistic mindset and a genuine interest in human centered design.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
