Quality Specialist in Product Quality Management Food, Bagsvaerd
We are looking for a quality colleague to the department; Product Quality Management Food (PQM-Food).
The department consists of 10 highly skilled specialists covering quality aspects of our food enzyme product range from raw materials to the finished product.

The department is securing high quality food products, providing information and responding to customers and internal questions in a timely and professional manner.

The specialists in the department take care of approval of our raw materials, are responsible for product quality portfolio management of marketed food product, handle customer complaints related to product quality and are responsible for the global food safety strategy in Novozymes, including performing internal GMP audits at Novozymes food production sites.

You will become part of a team of experienced and competent Quality colleagues in Denmark and abroad, supporting our food and beverage industries.

In the job, you will be a part of the global raw material team, perform qualification and approval of raw materials and packaging materials, be involved in audits of suppliers, give input to the quality requirements of supplier contracts and be in close collaboration with many internal stakeholders.

You will in addition be involved in projects in the department to continuously improve the way we work.

In this position you need to:

Engineer or similar technical MSc degree
Experience with raw material approval
Experience with food safety and quality management
Experience with production of food ingredients and/or processing aids
Preferably auditor (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, FAMI-QS)
Excellent communication and networking skills
Excellent IT skills
Fluently in Danish and English, verbally as well as in writing
Structured, able to prioritize, maintain overview and handle many simultaneous tasks
Fast learner and able to digest a lot of information
Customer oriented with a desire to make a difference to our business
