Clinical Publisher in Global Development (Temporary Position)

- Research & Development - Denmark - Søborg Are you a fast learner and interested in clinical development and documentation? Do you have a quality mindset and a flair for learning new software? We are now looking for a clinical publisher for a six month temporary position from August 2016 to January 2017. In Global Development we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society. About the department As Clinical Publishers we are responsible for checking, correcting and compiling clinical documentation such as Clinical Trial Reports consisting of hyperlinked PDFs, ready to be part of the submission of a new drug application to regulatory authorities. We also support and train the clinical organisation in the use of novoDOCS (Novo Nordisk electronic document management system) and our clinical document templates. We are a diverse team of nine dedicated and engaged professionals who value good humour and have an informal tone. The position As clinical publisher your main task is to collect, check and compile relevant clinical documentation from many different stakeholders throughout the organisation. You ensure that we have all the relevant clinical documents needed for regulatory submissions and that they are delivered in the right electronic quality to Regulatory Affairs. You perform electronic quality control of documents to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as file size, bookmarks, links, margins etc.. You use several IT systems including novoDOCS (based on Documentum), InSight Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office to check and compile documents. You also provide support to the clinical organisation in the use of novoDOCS and word templates. Qualifications You hold a master or bachelor degree and have a flair for learning new software. You are a fast learner and possess excellent communication skills. As a person you are both proactive and service minded. Having a quality mind-set is a must and you are able to keep deadlines. You work independently, but are also a natural team player who thrives on contributing to any team you are part of.
