Novozymes is searching for an Operational Lead who can drive excellent HR operational services to our employees and managers in the EMA region. You will lead a team of 8 HR professionals taking care of transactional tasks and advise to the organization - the heart of services in EMA Operations. 

As part of People & Organization (P&O), you will help empower people, enable decision making and create the agility that will strengthen Novozymes’ competitive edge and extend the reach of our biological answers. We are all passionate about providing professional HR solutions that attract, develop and retain talent for Novozymes. 

You will be a part of P&O EMA Operations where we support the business with core HR services, recruitment, talent attraction, people development, com & ben and mobility.

This is a people-focused leadership position that will require you to oversee a team of Novozymes employees. Our Leaders of People empower and engage teams of Zymers to work toward finding solutions for a better tomorrow.

Your responsibilities will include:
In EMA Operation we will in the coming years focus on developing our competences to be able to improve our deliverables to the business. This is a newly created position to prioritize and support us in delivering smart and professional core HR support to the organization. 

You will be responsible for the Core team who are dedicated to give advice on our policies and employment law as well as ensuring all our core processes and services such as promotions, transfers, resignations, apprentices programs run smoothly and with excellent stakeholder experience. You will work close together with our P&O servicecenter in India to ensure alignment on the HR administration.

One of your focus areas will be to drive change. We are constantly aiming for digitals solutions, proactive communication and improved processes to ensure a professional, smart and excellent service from the team. You will work closely with stakeholders global as well as regional on a day to day basis and in global projects.

Are you our next Zymer?
You will thrive in this position if you have:

• Several years of previous leadership experience with teams of direct reports within HR
• You have experience with HR operational tasks and services within a global organization and you find it natural to participate in the solving of daily tasks
• A natural interest and experience with core HR processes and Danish employment law, -preferable also employment law outside Denmark
• A demonstrated ability to set targets, empower others, give feedback, coach, and build collaborative teams
• You have experience with driving process optimization
• You can balance solid solutions with a fast execution
• You have a master degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and relevant majors and speak English fluent
• Great people skills. The ability to adapt to Novozymes’ key values and grow with our business moving forward
