We are looking for a new colleague to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role you will influence the way Novo Nordisk is addressing our external stakeholders from patients to health care professionals through innovative digital marketing initiatives. About the department The job is located in Søborg, Denmark and the Digital Marketing department is anchored within the Modern Insulin & Devices area in Global Marketing. We are 9 dedicated digital marketers working on implementing the Global Marketing digital strategy. The group consists of brand, media and project specialists. Our department is servicing Marketing, Medical Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement (MMASE) within prioritised digital channels. We support Novo Nordisk digital promotional activities as well as providing the foundation for a global to local approach within these channels. As many of our stakeholders are abroad, you can expect some travel. The job You will be part of the team supporting our key stakeholders in and outside of Denmark, mainly towards the global brand teams. You will be responsible for implementing and driving digital excellence as well as ensuring expectations is aligned with the global to local business ambition. Furthermore you will lead or participate in projects for new, innovative digital channels. You will be involved with change management activities such as coordination with the product brand teams, digital agencies and other colleagues in Digital Marketing hence the working environment is international and global. If you already have a specialisation within a digital marketing discipline you will have the opportunity to exploit this area even further through channel management. Qualifications You hold M.Sc. or equivalent. You have over 4 years of digital marketing experience from either marketing or IT coupled with 2+ years pharma experience. You might be an experienced marketer who is interested in acquiring stronger skills within digital marketing or come from an agency with a wish to move to the other side of the table. Broad experience with different digital tactics will be a great plus. We expect you to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are a dedicated team player and are able to quickly integrate in to existing teams. You strive to make a difference in your daily work and use your people skills to create alignment with your stakeholders in a complex, diverse and global environment. You work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. Lastly, you are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level.
