Lokation DK - Smørum .Are you ready to lead a motivated and qualified group of employees? Can you develop and maintain efficient processes within HR? Then you may be William Demant’s new HR Manager. You will become part of William Demant’s global HR function, consisting of 35 HR professionals located at the company’s headquarters in Smørum and at our production site in Poland. We are success-oriented and have broad contact with the entire William Demant organization all over the world. Delivering systematic and global HR processes As our new HR Manager, you will lead our Core Delivery team, which consists of 12 employees in Denmark and Poland. You will report to our VP of HR, and you will have the main responsibility for the efficient execution of administrative processes in Denmark and for the global implementation of our HR platform based on SuccessFactors. Your team will maintain and develop administrative processes within HR and deliver systematic advice and direction in operational HR matters. We want you to drive a professional HR team and together with our experienced HR Business Partners to set the agenda for optimizing future HR deliverables. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and manage the cross-site HR team Ensure that administrative deliveries in Denmark are made in a timely and efficient manner Be a driver in the development of infrastructure and alignment of existing cross-country processes, i.e. primarily in Denmark, Poland and Switzerland Prepare HR analyses and report to Group management Develop HR policies and processes You will take over the leadership of a qualified and independent group of employees who will welcome you to an HR function with a good and solid reputation. To develop our HR organization to the next level, we want your ideas and input. The management challenge – operational and strategic HR We expect you to have a relevant master’s degree – preferably with a commercial or legal background combined with 10+ years of work experience within HR. Your HR background and your vast managerial experience have given you strong management competencies at both operational and strategic level. We are searching for a colleague with solid practical experience and knowledge of the challenges of cross-site leadership. To succeed, you need a strong understanding of the business as well as knowledge of how HR can add value to the development of the business through the right combination of pushing through new initiatives and ensuring that implemented initiatives are actually working. You are fluent in English and preferably in Danish. You have technical flair and experience from relevant HR IT-systems. You are motivated to lead HR professionals with different areas of expertise and different cultural backgrounds. You are intent on setting the direction, goals and tasks for the team, thus creating a sense of unity and team spirit in a team of high performers. You are proactive and result-oriented and just as importantly, you value an honest and open way of communicating and you are eager to inspire, motivate and develop your team and their competencies.
