As Travel Accounting Assistant you will be part of Region Finance North in the Global Finance organization. We are responsible for the financial reporting of the entities in Scandinavia and support to the parent company. Responsibilities: Our Travel Accounting Assistant will be part of Region Finance North in Global Finance organization. Your main responsibility will be settlement of travel expense reports and support to Vestas' Finance Shared Service Center in Manila. Your main responsibilities and tasks will be: Settlement of travel expenses for the Danish and Norwegian companies within the Vestas Group. Validation of travel expenses VAT validation Support to Vestas Finance Shared Service Center on travel expenses Ordering and cancellation of credit cards Qualifications: Experience of handling travel expenses from a large company Experience with SAP is preferable Good communication skills in both Danish and English and a good sense of humor A positive attitude towards new assignments in a global and dynamic organization Competencies: Self-driven and proactive, You have a positive and open personality Focused on prioritizing and delivering on time, You are flexible and take on responsibility for your tasks What we offer: We offer you an exciting and challenging job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development with the leading company in wind energy.
