Then you should join Business Support at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. The department Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is a 100% owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S and is located in Køge. We are producing products to Novo Nordisk and also to a worldwide market. Currently Novo Nordisk Pharmatech employs app. 160 employees. Our Business Support function consists of 10 employees who are supporting management in driving and developing the company. The job Your job will be to secure a stabile production plan and to optimize utilization of our production capacity in order to secure delivery to customers and to maintain the right level of inventory. You will also spend time working in our purchasing function where the main objective is the secure raw materials for production. The job includes a continuous focus on optimisation and standardisation of the processes around planning and a more operational part within planning and daily follow up. You will work closely together with all parts of the organisation in order to strengthen our company’s production and delivery situation. Qualifications You have an academic background within Supply Chain or similar. We expect that you have several years of experience with similar tasks from a production company. You are able to demonstrate ability to build up and share knowledge and you are able to transfer your academic skills into operational solutions across an organisation. The job requires that you are able to communicate well at all levels and you must coordinate optimisations and changes with many stakeholders. You have the ability to think and act strategically but you are also motivated by the daily planning and follow up. Good IT skills are necessary. Personally, you work effortlessly with colleagues at all levels and you contribute to the positive working environment. You take responsibility for meeting targets, you appreciate the importance of customer focus and building strong relations to stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You work well independently as well as in a team.
