Are you passionate about working with operations and delivering word class customer service? Join Personal Banking IT's Global Service Operations - a newly established department where we aim at delivering world class operational excellence to our customers. Your main objective in the job is to contribute to increased operational excellence for the benefit of our customers and internal stakeholders. You will be joining our Glostrup-based team, which currently consist of 10 people taking care of some of the very core systems and data in the bank. We are a highly professional process and service minded team, with a relaxed atmosphere and focus on working smarter, not harder. “Exceptional operational quality and availability” is core in the IT Strategy. Hence you will become a part of at team focusing on one of the key areas for Group IT and Danske Bank. IT Operations from A-Z You will work closely together with our development teams to ensure IT solutions with a very high quality in regards to right architecture seen from an operations perspective. Quality, robustness, performance, maintainability etc. are keywords. Your role will be to propose robust solutions and ensure that high quality solutions are being build and implemented. You will also be involved in solving incidents and problems in close cooperation with our team in Bangalore and when needed participate in other daily operational activities. In order to build up the new organisation, you will be asked to participate in global work groups across the locations in Denmark, Lithuania and India. Experience on mainframe and server You have a medium to long term IT education. You have several years of IT experience from banking, preferably customer service responsibilities or IT projects. You may have worked on a mainframe platform and host development or you have an interest in learning this. Knowledge of relational databases is an advantage as well as experience from working with IT architecture. You also have knowledge of banking online systems, products and services. It would be good if you have an ITIL certification or similar/other process frameworks. Experience from working in global service organisations is an advantage. English in both verbal and writing is a must. You have a burning motivation for providing un-interrupted services for the customers and have a background from working in high performance maintenance and operations units. As a person you are customer-focused and quality-minded. You have a strong curiosity and desire to learn. And finally, you are team player with a good sense of humor. Interested?
