Plejecenter Snorrebakkens Team AB søger en ernæringsassistent pr. 1. september 2014, 30 timer om ugen. Du skal som ernæringsassistent på Snorrebakken i tæt samarbejde med beboere og plejepersonale lave maden fra bunden. Menuen sammensættes ud fra beboernes ønsker, i en fleksibel menuplan. Køkkenerne på Snorrebakken ligger midt i fællesstuen og er både arbejdsplads for ernæringsassistenten og beboernes køkken. Så udover at kunne lave fantastisk mad skal du være positiv og imødekommende både overfor beboere og gæster, samtidig med at du skal lave maden. Vi spiser varm mad om aftenen, så arbejdstiden slutter altid kl 18.00, mødetiden varierer mellem kl 10.00-13.30. Udover at tilberede eftermiddags- og aftensmad, står ernæringsassistenten også for bestilling af varer til hele døgnet. På Snorrebakken har vi fokus på, at vi sammen skaber en meningsfuld hverdag for den enkelte. Vi er en arbejdsplads, hvor engagement, udvikling og positive oplevelser i hverdagen sker i samværet med beboerne. Plejecenter Snorrebakken skal være kendetegnet ved, at beboerne oplever, at de stadig bor i eget hjem, og at vi som personale tager udgangspunkt i beboernes ønsker og behov.
