- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd Our new Head of Diversity & Inclusion will be anchored in the Global Talent & Organisational Development department, which is the Centre of Excellence for global talent development within Novo Nordisk. We are looking for an experienced person who can drive diversity initiatives throughout the global organisation and play a key role when it comes to influencing the diversity agenda. About the department Global Talent & Organisational Development is a part of Corporate People & Organisation located in Bagsværd. We are 25 colleagues, all dedicated to meeting the increasing demands of a growing global organisation. Diversity is high on the agenda of Novo Nordisk and we therefore wish to broaden the reach and deepen the impact of global diversity initiatives. The job As Head of Diversity & Inclusion, you will report to the Corporate Vice President of Global Talent & Organisational Development and be assisted by a Communication & Project manager. In addition, you will be part of the management team. Diversity is critical to ensuring Novo Nordisk’ ability to attract, promote, develop and retain diverse talents worldwide and a key theme in the company is strategic focus on gender and national diversity – as well as creating an inclusive culture. As Head of Diversity & Inclusion, your primary task will be to strengthen the knowledge foundation of our Centre of Excellence. This means you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date on the latest diversity research, spotting global trends and benchmarking best practises internally and externally. You will support senior management, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders by providing updated reports developing diversity tools for integration in key people processes, organising global meetings and events, designing and facilitating diversity workshops and heading up communication activities within the diversity area. Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree and at least eight years of working experience. In addition, you have experience from an HR or Business related field. Your competences include a strong analytical and strategic mind-set, ability to translate strategy into practice, execution orientation, excellent written communication, English proficiency and a strong capability to track and interpret data. You are able to document your ability to work across diverse cultures and be creative in your approach. Important personal qualifications include: leadership capabilities, a ‘team player’, strong customer focus, ability to balance multiple priorities while staying focused under pressure and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (incl. the ability to influence).
