Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to execute day-to-day recruitment processes within the support functions. You will support hiring managers to deliver against global standards and business specific needs whilst facilitating the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation. More specifically your tasks will involve: • Establishing clear understanding of the job requirements for the vacancies you work on • Sourcing, screening , assessing and interviewing candidates whilst ensuring they perceive the process as professional and service minded • Managing the offer process with internal stakeholders and applicants. • Establishing and managing external candidate pooling projects In collaboration with the Head of Recruitment for HQ you p You will have the opportunity to work on own smaller projects with the aim of professionalizing the Maersk Oil Recruitment processes and policies as well. This could be to establish and manage external candidate pooling projects in collaboration with the Head of Recruitment for HQ. In that way you will develop the ability to provide functional expertise and advice to the global recruitment community and hiring managers. Who we are looking for First and foremost, you are passionate about the impact that an in-house recruitment function can have on the business, through supporting our leaders in making good hiring decisions. You hold a BSc/MSc in HR or similar relevant education coupled with experience as an in-house recruiter or from a recruitment agency, where you have developed into a functional recruitment expert with a point of view on what good looks like, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and best practice with others. You have a proven track record of recruiting across the board from graduate to experienced hires and can comfortably run a recruitment process end to end. You are experienced in attracting, sourcing and pipelining of both active and passive candidates using multiples sourcing channels On a personal level we expect that you: • have excellent collaboration and communication skills enabling you to interact with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures • are a Recruiter by heart and with a curious mind and will actively seek relevant market, functional and industry knowledge to enable you to become a trusted advisor to your hiring managers. • have an advanced command of verbal and written English.
