Then you have the possibility to become Supply Chain Project Manager for Logistics in Novo Nordisk, Diabetes Finished Products in Product Supply. About the department Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Business Support, located in Bagsværd, Denmark, consists of several functional areas/departments, whereas DFP Logistics Support is a team of 6 highly engaged and motivated colleagues. DFP is a part of Product Supply and DFP consists of a total of 7 production sites located in France, Brazil, China, US and 3 sites located in Denmark with a total of 6000 employees. DFP Logistics Support supports a stable, continuous improved Supply Chain organization, ensured through a close cooperation with Production, Site Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, leading to a top performance on delivery. We work with a broad range of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and have a great focus on supplying the market both in regards to a stable flow from our existing production, but also when launching new products. LEAN is a natural part of the way we operate. The job You will be part of a team of supply chain project managers and supply chain analysts. The main focus for the team is to support and develop logistical processes primarily in Denmark but also sharing the best practice with our production sites all over the world. You will be project manager for a wide range of projects spanning from short term one-man projects to major cross functional projects across Shipping, Logistics and Manufacturing. You can look forward to a position with a high degree of influence and you will have the chance to work with continuously improving our logistical processes. The job will also consist of tasks where support is provided to a lot of different internal customers in areas like data analysis, KPI development and production planning support. This will require that you utilize your project management, analytical and communicative skills. In addition you will be appreciated for your ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable fashion for managers and give your suggestions to actions. Qualifications You are passionate about logistics, project management, data analysis and logistical process optimization. You probably hold a degree as Cand.merc, engineer or similar and you are fluent in English. You are motivated by ambitious goals and you can make things happen. Your strategic and analytical mind-set enables you to challenge our processes and will make you a good sparring partner. You are super-user in MS Excel and preferably you have experience with MS Projects, SAP, SAP APO and SAP BW. Experience within GMP is an advantage but not a requirement.
