For our Production Technology department, part of Operations Towers in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to distribute the production documentation for our external tower manufacturers, participate in the approval of incoming change notes, as well as support our internal operational teams and Engineering department. The Production Technology department is responsible for ensuring and distributing documentation for suppliers and sub-suppliers in close cooperation with the Engineering department. The department consists of NCR creators, documentation distributers, reviewers and document creators who should all be able to cover each other’s areas of responsibility. What are my responsibilities? · Extract Bill of Material from SAP and create document Packages · Create the SAP structure into Excel as packing lists for kit-set suppliers · Send out production Documentation (BOM) to kit-set suppliers and tower manufacturers. · Participate in weekly implementation board meeting (incoming change notes) · Distribute update changes to running production at suppliers · Participate in review of drawings and specifications · Distribute incoming Non-conformity dispositions to suppliers · Participate in registering project documentation ECN history What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a technical-mechanical background. Ideally you have work experience within the wind industry, combined with practical understanding and technical insight. · Experience in writing and managing technical documentation would be an advantage. · You are fluent in English both orally and in writing, as English is our corporate language and documents are written in English. · As a person you are outgoing and proactive, and you have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your assignments. · You are self-driven and feel comfortable taking decisions within you area of responsibility · You understand the importance of ensuring safe methods, precision and quality. · It would be an advantage if you have experience with SAP · You are international oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic and complex environment with multiple nationalities In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
