For our Strategic Performance Management team we are looking for a young bright mind for a student support role. Our main responsibility is to support the Global Technology and Logistics (GTL) department with strategy implementation, performance management and communication. What are my responsibilities? As a student worker in Strategic Performance Management you will be supporting the different activities of the team, from project management to day to day administration. The overall focus of your work will be on enhancing communication activities within GTL, but more specifically your assignments will cover: · Writing, editing and designing internal employee newsletter · Administrating Team Workspace (Microsoft Sharepoint) · Coordinating knowledge-sharing events · Supporting project managers in the creation and maintenance of presentations, spreadsheets and other project related documents from the project management toolbox · Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, as a trusted advisor for the development and implementation of internal and online communications and employee engagement strategy What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are currently undertaking a University degree with in the field of Communication, Journalism, Strategic Performance or other Business related studies. We welcome application from both Master students and Bachelor students in their 2nd or 3rd year of study · You have excellent English speaking, writing, and editing skills · You have good IT skills and have excellent command of Microsoft Office and other communication tools · You are able to work independently based on initiative and self-management and to carry out a task from idea to implementation stage · You have a creative approach to solving tasks and good listening skills · You can take responsibility and deliver results based on agreed deadlines within the team · You feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment · Ideally, you are able to commit for 2 years In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
