Your new department, which consists of 8 competent colleagues, is responsible for technical support and project management of external customers. You will refer to Chief Engineer Per E. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Technical Key Account Manager you will be responsible for finding the best possible technical solutions to be used in our customer applications. You analyse their needs, specify the solution and assure to run the project from a-z in order to meet their demands. Thus, when you are not visiting customers, your job is spent in our lab developing our solutions. Further, you deliver technical support and product knowledge within sensors to our customers world-wide. This entails 30 – 50 travel days per year for conferences and fairs to find potential applications worldwide, and for customer visits. When visiting customers, you will be accompanied by a colleague from our sales department. “Your challenge will be to establish good relations with our customers and come up with the best possible solutions. You will be working within the fields of product development, sales and customers, why you need to serve as a technical sparring partner to your colleagues and be service minded towards our customers,” Per explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold a degree in mechanical engineering and/or mechatronics with 3+ years of experience working with mechanical constructions. Thus, you are able to create and develop mechanical constructions. By analysing the solutions you work on, you are able to find their weaknesses, if any, and eliminate them. You have flair for software and hardware and are not afraid to ask your colleagues, when you find yourself at an obstacle you are not able to climb. In order to communicate with our customers, you speak English fluently. German is a plus. “We are looking for a person, who knows how to interact with customers of all sorts. You are able to ask the right questions, which makes you able to analyse their needs. You are a fast learner, who enjoys challenges and is willing to go the extra mile for our team and for our customers. Finally, you are result oriented, extrovert and you thrive in a global environment,” says Per.
