- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd People & Organisation in Product Supply (PS), the manufacturing division of Novo Nordisk, is looking for a Director to head up the HR Operations department which encompasses our activities within talent attraction, recruitment, mobility and other HR support services. In Product Supply we are experiencing a massive growth and expect the growth challenge to continue over the coming years. About the department PS HR Operations consists of 25 highly engaged employees in three teams. The department is responsible for talent attraction and recruitment support to PS in Denmark, Mobility support for international assignments, HR Reporting & Analytics and HR IT in PS globally. The Department is furthermore responsible for talent attraction strategy development and execution for Product Supply. You will have three Associate Managers and five other employees reporting directly to you. The job As Director for PS HR Operations you will be responsible for the strategic direction for recruitment, talent attraction and mobility in Product Supply globally as well as the operational support within these areas in PS Denmark. Furthermore, you are responsible for HR reporting & analytics incl. the PS P&O Balanced Scorecard process as well as the strategic development of HR IT in PS. Besides this you will be the PS process owner of a number of key HR processes such as salary review, bonus and performance management, where you will work closely with your process groups to ensure good process performance. You will be expected to lead the development and execution of innovative and cost effective strategies, plans, processes and initiatives for all these areas for Product Supply. Furthermore you will define the strategic vision related to the employer brand, recruiting tools, processes and systems in addition to driving a positive candidate experience. Coaching and development of your managers and employees is imperative. You will have a direct reporting line to the Corporate Vice President of People and Organisation in Product Supply and will also be a member of the global HR management group for PS. Qualifications To successfully master the job, you ideally have international experience with leading and setting direction for the attraction and recruitment process in a large organisation. You have a master’s degree within business, engineering, management or the like and a minimum of 5 years of experience with HR processes as well as management. You have a proven record of succeeding with leading through others. Personally you thrive being around different people at all managerial levels and have a natural ability to create and maintain relations. You have a natural impact and take responsibility and you are able to work in a structured and pragmatic way. You have excellent communication- and proven leadership skills and you are used to communicating complex topics in a simple and efficient way.
