Would you like to drive the people agenda in the Carlsberg Group? Carlsberg Group HR is looking for a Director for Group Talent Management to co-lead the Talent Management agenda across the Carlsberg Group. Our employees are our greatest assets and the Talent Management team plays a critical role in delivering state-of-the-art talent identification & attraction. Furthermore, the team is responsible for development initiatives such as our Development Centers. In essence the Director of Group Talent Management will be setting the bar high on talent initiatives such as People Boards, Talent Panels, high potential programs etc. You will be given full exposure to business across markets and work internationally, which will enable you to conceptualize talent initiatives on a global scale in an exciting fast moving consumer goods industry where change and innovation is always on the agenda. Your responsibilities: •To co-drive the people agenda of Carlsberg Group and coordinate all talent management activities across Carlsberg along with the VP Group Talent Management. •To support the implementation and continuous improvement of a structured, state-of-the-art talent identification & attraction, development and allocation plus retention approach that caters for the need of the business •To build up or improve talent benches for all relevant functions at Carlsberg. •Design, organize and facilitate core talent initiatives (e.g. Development Centers, People Boards, Talent Panels, high potential programs) What will you bring to the role: •Min. 5 years specializing in talent management and L&D on senior level in the HR team of a large-scale multinational business organization •10 years or more in HR, which include experience in operational HR, e.g. HR partnering, as well as experience in specialized HR areas such as talent management, performance management, etc. •Ideally first-hand international working experience, preferably with a company based in a country other than the home country for over 1year •Fluency in English The ideal candidate is result orientated, self-motivated and very strong ability to influence and engage others. You have a strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data actionable changes. An ability to work strategically for the benefit of Carlsberg and communicate effectively at all levels is important. Furthermore a strong communication and networking skills across borders is needed to perform successfully. We also expect to see pro-activeness and a passion for Talent Management. Lastly, having a political understanding – ability to work in and position herself/himself in a Global organization with several interfaces and decision makers – is pivotal to succeed in this role.
