Join us and become Digital Cloud Controller in Digital & Cloud Platforms where you’ll be responsible for cost management of our cloud usage in the cloud solutions used by the group, ensuring cost is transparent and that we use the services that give us the most value. Digital & Cloud Platforms is a new department within Core Infrastructure in IT. The team is responsible for managing and developing the group’s cloud platforms. Using cloud technologies is a key element in our digital strategy aiming to be the world’s leading digital utility.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• perform and follow up on business cases

• establish and run the cost optimisation process

• implement and manage cost comparisons, ensuring we use optimal cloud solutions

• analyse asset utilisation, forecast cost and reporting and initiating improvements coordinated with relevant stakeholders within both IT and the business area.

 

Your key tasks will also include staying up-to-date on new cloud trends and use the acquired knowledge to the benefit of our organisation.

 

Your competences include that you

• have solid knowledge of financial principles and management, ie a degree in business administration and information systems/economics or similar

• have experience with business case principles

• have strong Excel or Power BI skills

• have a good understanding of the components needed in building IT solutions

• want to learn more about cloud and IT.

 

The ideal candidate may not hold all of the above skills, but is eager to learn new skills and has a personal drive to implement the teams’ thoughts and ideas as well as a proven track record of bringing your own ideas and those of others to life.
