At Grundfos Service & Solutions, we continuously work to bring peace of mind to our customers by minimising downtime, optimising performance and helping them contribute to a more sustainable world.
Therefore, we have created a team within Global Service Business Development dedicated to developing and maintaining our global service programme. This includes operation, optimisation and repair services designed to meet customer needs. Most service offerings can be offered as a standalone or bundled into a customised service contract or a packaged solution.

As head of global service programme, you will have a vital role in our journey ahead. From our HQ in Bjerringbro, Denmark, you will lead an international team and have significant impact on our future business as you work to maintain and further develop a competitive and profitable service portfolio that fulfils the needs of our many customers worldwide.
Put your mark on our service programmes
You will be the vital link between strategy and execution as you work with your team to translate customer needs, opportunities, challenges and overall strategy into tangible road maps and projects and execute on these.
As such, you will:
- Develop a competitive and profitable service portfolio
- Have full product life cycle accountability for all service product lines and drive product life cycle management globally
- Capture and implement global best practice to increase efficiency and reduce complexity
- Secure alignment and synergies between our global service programme and the rest of the Grundfos products and solutions
- Manage, coach and develop a team of product managers, specialists and project managers
- Travel 10-40 days per year to support and collaborate with regional customer service and sales divisions as well as provide expert knowledge of service programmes
Create significant results through leadership
"You will work closely with our product managers and specialists responsible for the different service programmes such as Repair & Maintenance and Optimisation & Consultancy. At the same time, you will, with support from HR, work on recruitment and competence building of the product managers to further develop and shape a strong team that can efficiently manage our programmes and execute on your visions," says Group Senior Director of Service & Solutions Thomas Koldbæk.
Make use of your experience within the service industry
Your success as a leader comes through your team. Therefore, you need the ability to deliver results through others, thus enabling your team through clear communication of goals and the right focus to be productive and successful. You must likewise have a strong ability to lead by example and sufficient knowledge to become a trusted sounding board for your team as well as stakeholders across the organization.
You also bring:
- Solid experience with service development, project management and strategic portfolio management
- The ability to lead a team within a complex business environment
- A master's degree within business administration, an engineering degree or the like
- Fluency in English
