Key position in our PureBallast production growth
We are looking for a Strategic Purchaser for our Operations – PureBallast in Aalborg. Via legislation the market for our quality product is growing fast and we have increasing demands for our suppliers to meet this major ramp up. You will report to the Factory Manager and be part of the Operations management team.

Effective supplier collaboration
As part of the purchaser team of 3 people you will have a crucial role in all aspects of contract management for the
the production of PureBallast in Aalborg. This will entail a close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. This entails participating in our sourcing board as well.

As part of the Contract Management your primary tasks will be:

• Negotiation and conclusion of purchasing agreements
• Ensure that our supplier can meet our capacity requirements
• Communicate, forecasts, material requirements and specifications to our suppliers
• Focus and follow-up on deliveries (quality, delivery accuracy, cost)
• Continuous contact/meetings with our suppliers
• Enter in sourcing projects
   

To be a success in this position you will master the art of negotiating while maintaining a productive and positive relationship with our suppliers to ensure delivery.

Negotiator with solid background
We expect you to have a higher degree within for example engineering or a more commercial education. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position in an international production company.

As a person you are a great negotiator and communicator in both verbal and written English. You are persistent by nature always keeping track of the main goals without neglecting the power of professional relationships.
