Are you our new ServiceNow developer?
Tools and Automation is part of Nets Service Management. Our primary responsibilities are governance, maintenance and development of the IT Service Management tool, SLA reporting, configuration- and asset management.
Want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?
We are looking for an experienced ITSM developer. You will be part of the ServiceNow team maintaining and developing our current service ServiceNow ITSM application.
Your responsibilities will be development and implementation of applications on the Service Management Platform. Prior experience implementing and deploying ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Service Request, Performance Analytics), as well as experience developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform that leverage the automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow will be preferred.
Key responsibilities:
• Take the responsibility for developing our ServiceNow platform according to best practices, while respecting OOTB
• Act as Subject Matter expert on all areas of ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with Nets Change Management and Security framework
• Be a valuable contributor to Project deliveries (Design & Execution)
• Support and participate in Workshops.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:
Preferred:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with ServiceNow, preferably with more than one installation / deployment
- Able to understand and translate Business requirements into ServiceNow best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrations methods and best practices
- Experience with ITIL Framework and best practices
- Experience with and knowledgeable about Security best practices.
Desired:
- Experience with Web design UX
- Experience with designing processes aligned with ITIL best practices
- Experience with Agile development
- A Bachelor or candidate degree in computer science.
