- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd In Product Supply, Training and Leadership Development, we are looking for a LEAN specialist to ensure execution of our LEAN Academy. About the department The PS Training & Leadership Development Team consists of 12 dedicated team members working with leadership assessment & development, cLEAN® - the Novo Nordisk way of LEAN - training and development of key training activities in the production unit in Novo Nordisk, Product Supply. The team is part of the PS People & Organisation unit which consists of app. 60 employees. We collaborate closely with all management layers, HR partners and subject matter experts to ensure a close connection to business needs. Product Supply consists of app. 12.000 employees across the globe. The job You will be responsible for our global cLEAN® Academy targeting all employees in Product Supply. You will ensure execution of the cLEAN® training courses at the three levels; 1,2 and 3 star. This includes a role as facilitator and sparring partner to trainers/coaches (at 1 and 2 star) and at our advanced courses (3 star) you will be required to do teaching, coaching and approval of projects/candidates. As Programme Owner you have a high focus on ensuring that the Academy is continuously improved and always aligned with business needs. Training effectiveness and the focus on bringing competences from the training situation into real life is a main priority for you. In addition, you will support that cLEAN® is well integrated in our leadership assessment and development programmes. Qualifications We are looking for a person with a strong and proven LEAN background – preferably from manufacturing - with experience as LEAN consultant/partner and as LEAN trainer. It is an advantage if you have worked with academies and/or programme ownership. You have a solid business understanding and are used to working with all organisational layers. Good interpersonal skills, a high level of drive and initiative and the ability to impact and challenge key stakeholders at all levels are key competencies.
