Provide HR support for our Controls Division in Europe You will be a part of the cross-country Controls Division HR team, and the PVG Valves leadership team. At the same time, you will be a member of the Danish HR Power Solutions management team, ensuring successful HR initiatives and processes in Denmark. Take charge of our continued learning and development As HR Manager, you are responsible for the coordinated learning plan in order to develop competency levels timely and efficiently. You are the primary contact for the Controls team in Nordborg (PVG/EC), and you are responsible for HR management here. Furthermore, you: • serve as a valued sparring partner in all organisational developments and change efforts • are a leading figure in Power Solutions recruitment • ensure successful adherence to Power Solutions HR policies and tools • work with day-to-day topics with global leaders and support teams • participate in HR Power Solutions Denmark operations, management and projects Experienced HR Manager with strong engagement skills You have at least 5 years of experience as HR Partner or HR Generalist • A bachelor degree or equivalent • A good understanding of compensation • Experience working in a matrix organisation • You are fluent in English and Danish You have strong communications skills, which enables you to build a strong network as well as support, lead and develop teams, and to facilitate learning events. Furthermore, with your excellent stakeholder management skills, you are able to drive processes forward getting everyone involved on board.
