Are you a competent project manager with experience from the cross section of IT and people, earned through leading large IT projects? Pave the way in IT projects As Business Project Manager, you will have a strong link to IT, as your role will be to lead and facilitate IT projects. Early on, you will be managing a specific long-term project that encompasses the development of the foundation for future virtual 3D processes and production - a highly important project that gives you exposure all the way up to corporate management due to its importance as well as its high complexity. In this project you will be cooperating closely with an IT Project Manager who is responsible for the technical development whilst you: - Ensure buy-in from the business - Facilitate agreements, centred in time, cost and quality and secure these live up to standards - Lead and develop the overall time line for the project - Staff projects in cooperation with line managers - Drive the project team forward and ensure tasks are solved all the way to the finish line Trusted to perform Help us achieve our mission - to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow - by delivering within our digitalisation agenda. Strong project management background Being used to working in the exciting and demanding field between IT and people, you know the value of - and are very skilled at - managing stakeholders, facilitating time lines, tasks and issues, and following-up on these. Likewise, you are good at handling cultural differences head on with your energised and inspiring leadership style, which is also defined as realistic, trustworthy and reflective. Your qualifications: 2-4 years of project management experience in addition to other work experience, ideally as a manager You have a good grip on project management, honed by working on large IT projects or cross-organizational projects, preferably in a global perspective.
